New inheritance law - will still up to date?

With the new inheritance law, testators can freely determine a larger part of their estate. At our event in Basel, you will learn what will change. And how to draw up a will, advance directive and living will.

Do you also sometimes think you should settle your affairs for the descendants early? And do you not know how to approach this task? You are not alone with these challenges. Many people do not know how to proceed and what documents are needed.

Wills, advance directives and living wills regulate your estate. They help to avoid misunderstandings and disputes between relatives. If you know what is necessary and possible and what is not, everything is much easier and you can formulate your own personal will for the event of illness and death.

With the specialist in inheritance law

At our free event on April 6, 2022 in Basel, the inheritance law specialist will show you Agnes DormannWhat is important when it comes to the beneficiary of the surviving spouse or when writing a will. The important topics of advance directives and living wills are also discussed.

Our speaker has many years of experience in estate planning and advising heirs. She will answer your questions neutrally and without obligation and will encourage you to make your own decision.

Questions about the new inheritance law?

The new inheritance law will come into force in Switzerland at the beginning of 2023. The compulsory portions for children will be smaller. Testators can now freely determine a larger share of their estate. You can find out exactly what will change at our event.

terre des hommes switzerland is organizing this event together with FAIRMED, Amnesty International and FOUR PAWS to reaffirm solidarity among aid organizations. This event is organized by YourAdieu.ch.
