The armed conflict in Colombia has left deep scars, particularly in rural regions. Many young people see no prospects and leave their villages. What remains is insecurity and a lack of prospects for the future.
Those who stay need courage.
Courage to take responsibility.
Courage to preserve your own identity.
Courage to believe in a future at home.
With your support, we create opportunities so that young people can turn this courage into concrete prospects. Together with our local partner organization ACA, we make this possible:

Every franc counts and gets to where it is needed.

Santiago Marín Hernández is 23 years old and grew up in a rural region of Colombia marked by decades of armed conflict. Like many young people, he thought about moving to a big city because he saw no prospects for the future.
He decided to stay.
In our courses, he learned how to farm organically, implement his own projects and strengthen his community. This knowledge gave him self-confidence and new hope.
Today, he grows vegetables and coffee sustainably, produces handicraft products, runs workshops and earns his own income.
His journey shows what becomes possible when young people are given opportunities. They not only change their own lives. They also strengthen their community and give their region a future.
