The terre des hommes schweiz team consists of around 60 motivated and skilled employees in Africa, Latin America and Switzerland who work closely with our partner organizations to bring about sustainable change. Each team member contributes individual strengths and skills to jointly empower young people and create long-term prospects.

The Board of Directors complements the work of terre des hommes schweiz with a clear strategic focus. The members of the Board of Directors bring in-depth expertise and many years of experience in the areas of development cooperation, social justice and sustainability. They are responsible for ensuring that our organization not only works effectively, but also consistently implements its values and vision.
