In 1960, the Swiss journalist Edmond Kaiser founded the aid organization Terre des hommes schweiz. In 1972, a reorientation led to the creation of three independent Terre des Hommes organizations in Switzerland. They work independently of each other legally, financially and organizationally.

We have a vision of a fair, sustainable and inclusive world. A world that is shaped by the most diverse, creative and talented young people. A world in which young people find their own strength and voice.
