New inheritance law – will still up to date?

The new inheritance law allows testators to freely determine a larger part of their estate. At our event in Basel, you will find out what is changing. And how to draw up a will, advance care directive and living will.

Do you sometimes think that you should settle your affairs for your descendants early on? And don’t know how to go about this task? You are not alone with these challenges. Many people don’t know how to proceed and what documents are needed.

Wills, advance care directives and living wills regulate your estate. They help to avoid misunderstandings and disputes between relatives. If you know what is necessary and possible and what is not, everything is much easier and you can formulate your own personal wishes in the event of illness or death.

With the specialist for inheritance law

At our free event on April 6, 2022 in Basel, inheritance law specialist Agnes Dormann will show you what is important when it comes to benefiting the surviving spouse or writing a will. The important topics of advance directives and living wills will also be discussed.

Our speaker has many years of experience in estate planning and advising heirs. She will answer your questions neutrally and without obligation and encourage you to make your own decision.

Questions about the new inheritance law?

The new inheritance law comes into force in Switzerland at the beginning of 2023. The compulsory portions for children will be smaller. Testators will now be able to freely determine a larger share of their estate. You can find out exactly what will change at our event.

terre des hommes schweiz is organizing this event together with FAIRMED, Amnesty International and FOUR PAWS to reaffirm solidarity among aid organizations. This event is organized by DeinAdieu.ch.
